Nxabega Safari Lodge has been beautifully hand crafted and designed so that its open plan dining room, lounge, wildlife library, and expansive sundecks all offer unobstructed views over the endless floodplains of the Delta. Situated under dense stands of African Ebony and Strangler Fig Trees Nxabega accommodates 18 guests in East African style safari tents on raised platforms with private sundecks.
Other facilities include a raised game-viewing platform and plunge pool. Guests have a choice of daily activities, meandering along the floodplains and channels by mokoro or tracking big game on foot or by open 4x4-safari vehicle.
Day 3: Sandibe Safari Lodge or similar / 2 nights Fully Inclusive
Today you are transferred by air to a more land-based camp. The Moremi Wildlife Reserve is protected tribal land, which forms the eastern boundary of the Okavango Delta.
The largest island in the delta, Chief's Island, is located within the Moremi and is a wildlife haven. The Moremi is known for its predators, both of the mammal and feathered variety.
Day 4: Sandibe
Sandibe, just south of Chief's Island, is in one of the most beautiful regions of the Delta, close to Moremi, with its game-rich grassy plains. Sandibe is situated in ancient riverine forest shade, overlooking the papyrus-lined Santandibe River. The eight African-inspired and secluded cottages are light and airy, with their own private elevated viewing deck, fans, en-suite dressing room and bathroom and open air shower.

For many it would be inconceivable to visit Africa without experiencing the vast curtain of surging water that plunges into the Zambezi Gorge below.
The Royal Livingstone is an elegant 5 star hotel in an unrivalled setting overlooking the Falls. The 173 rooms, with their hand-carved mahogany furniture, have an African feel with eastern overtones. All have a balcony or patio. The hotel has a superb restaurant, large pool, pool bar and small casino. A large wooden deck affords sweeping views, ideal for cocktails at sunset.
Day 6: Victoria Falls
The day is at leisure for a variety of optional excursions. A host of activities are centred on the Falls, the magnificent Zambezi River and the surrounding Zambezi National Park. The Zambezi River has two characters - the wide gentle river above the Falls is the perfect place for languorous sunset boat cruises or gentle canoeing, whilst below the Falls, the more adventurous can enjoy serious white-water rafting or jet-boating.
The most spectacular views of the Falls are from the Zambian side of the gorge but to gain an overall impression of the Falls, the helicopter 'Flight of Angels' is essential. A microlight ride and bungee jumping are available for the truly daring.
